We wanted to drop you a line to show our appreciation of the following people you have on board. Brenda & Josh in Security who are always friendly and accommodating when we leave guest names there. Jennifer and Kim in reservations that we know drove them nuts this past week trying to get a room for an already filled hotel. They were polite, professional and very patient. As is your members of Erie Islands, we still enjoy our stays and are proud of the place when we have our guests! Thank you, again.
