You'll need a version 6+ browser for best results. Internet Explorer is the default for Windows and Safari is the default for the Mac.
Firefox is our choice in browsers for viewing this site. The Flash plugin is required to view the videos. Javascript must be enabled to properly view and interact with the site.
See below for links and more information.
Cascading Style Sheets
To make text readable and inviting, we've used Cascading Style Sheets, a feature poorly supported until Version 5+ browsers (and not at all before Version 4). If you have an older browser, you'll still be able to read everything, but it won't look terribly nice.
JavaScript
This site uses JavaScript, a standard way of adding functionality. Thousands of web sites use it javascript and browsers ship with it enabled. You shouldn't have to make any adjustments.
Should you need to download the latest version for your operating system, you can vist the Java download page.

Flash
Adobe Flash Player is the universal rich client for delivering effective Adobe Flash experiences across desktops and devices.
Flash is cross-platform and free. You will need to download and install the Flash plugin to view the videos if it's not already installed on your computer (95% of all computers come with it).
If the Flash plug-in is installed, the diamond in the button below will spin when you mouse over it:
QuickTime
QuickTime is cross-platform. You can download and install the QuickTime plugin if it's not already installed on your computer.
If the QuickTime plug-in is installed, you should see a Play button under this sentence; click it and you'll see a brief movie. If you don't see it or the movie doesn't play, install the QuickTime plug-in.
Windows Media Player
Another option in viewing the videos. Windows Media Player lets you play streaming audio, video, animations, and multimedia presentations on the web.
Internet Explorer, Safari, and Firefox are free for the downloading. The latest versions comply much better with Web standards and generally are more stable. If your computer is less than five years old, the new versions should run happily.
Just a short note to say "thank you" for the pleasant stay my Wife and I had at Erie Islands Resort (Aug. 10 thru Aug. 14, 2006). See you again next year.”
